Golden Finance reported that UTXO Management announced a strategic acquisition with Sora Ventures, and the two companies acquired 70.26% of the issued share capital of HK Asia Holdings Limited, a listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the intention to rename the company Moon Inc. The new leadership team is committed to creating higher returns for the business and shareholders, and plans to use its resources and experience for BTC, Web3, and Cryptoassets investments. It is reported that UTXO and Sora Ventures have previously assisted the Japanese listed company Metaplanet in expanding its Web3 and BTC strategies.
