Loud: Exploring the Relationship Between Attention and Value

Loud is an innovative experiment aimed at exploring the deep connection between attention and value. The core of this project lies in the $LOUD token, which does not possess intrinsic value itself, but each transaction generates a fee. These fees are pooled together and distributed weekly as a marketing budget, rewarding the 25 users who can best enhance the awareness of the Loud project. The reward distribution is evaluated using mindshare data, which is considered one of the most efficient incentive mechanisms currently available.

It is worth noting that Loud is not an academic paper discussing neural network attention mechanisms, but rather a practical exploration of the pure attention market. This experiment will continue and will not be disturbed by human factors.

Project Inspiration

Loud's inspiration comes from two aspects:

1. Attention economy in the Web3 space: An AI platform has built a system that allows everyone to participate in attention trading, accelerating the development of the entire industry. At the same time, it has created a reward mechanism based on "mind share," which is considered one of the best proof-of-work incentive mechanisms currently.

2. Successful Practices of Web3 Launch Platforms: A long-term interest binding model between speculators and creators has been established through trading volume and fees, thereby supporting the continuous creation of creators.

Loud aims to combine the advantages of these two models to create a new incentive mechanism that aligns all participants towards the goal of "maximizing mental ownership."

The Operating Mechanism of Loud

Loud operates on the Solana chain, trading through liquidity pools of the liquidity platform. A fee in SOL is charged for each transaction. Users can earn "mindshare" by posting relevant content, which will be objectively quantified through the mindshare ranking mechanism of a certain AI platform.

Every week, the trading fees will be distributed to the top 25 users on the leaderboard according to their mindshare contribution ratio. Among them, 20% of the fees will be rewarded to certain token stakers to promote the ecological flywheel and achieve interest binding. This mechanism will continue permanently without the need for intervention.

Why choose the top 25?

The limit of the top 25 is set to encourage participants to strive harder for the voice of token holders and traders. Even if they enter the top 25, participants must continue to maximize their dissemination efficiency and influence, as the reward distribution is entirely based on the proportion of mindshare contribution.
