金色财经によると、UTXO ManagementはSora Venturesとの共同でWeb3戦略の買収を完了し、両社は香港アジアホールディングス株式会社（HK Asia Holdings Limited）の発行済株式の70.26%を取得し、同社をMoon Inc.に改名することを計画しています。新しいリーダーシップチームは、ビジネスと株主により高いリターンを提供することに重点を置き、そのリソースと経験を活用してBTC、Web3、および暗号資産への投資を計画しています。また、UTXOとSora Venturesは以前、日本の上場企業MetaplanetのWeb3およびBTC戦略の拡大を支援してきたとのことです。
