ロシアの議会提案「BTCを戦略的な準備資産に組み込む」は国際経済制裁に対抗するためです
ロシア連邦議会の副議長アントン・トカチェフ氏は、ロシアにBTC戦略的備蓄を設立することを提案し、ロシア財務省のアントン・シルアノフ大臣に文書を通じて呼びかけたと、ロシアの通信社が報じた。提案の理由は、地政学的不安定性、従来の通貨備蓄（人民元、ドル、ユーロなど）が変動、制裁、インフレーションの影響を受けやすいことなどである。
