On July 2, Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ, NYSE code: DJT) announced today that it has submitted an initial registration statement (referred to as the "registration statement") for the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This ETF will directly hold Bitcoin and Ether, with 75% of its assets invested in Bitcoin and 25% invested in Ether, and will issue its shares (referred to as "shares") to investors, aiming to reflect the price performance of Bitcoin and Ether.
