According to Gate News bot, on-chain data analyst ZachXBT revealed through the X platform that North Korean IT workers are widely adopting the stablecoin USDC issued by Circle as a payment tool. According to his investigation, the recent transaction volume has reached tens of millions of USD. ZachXBT questioned Circle in his post, pointing out that while the company emphasizes "Compliance," it has not taken measures to freeze or monitor these transactions.
