Hong Kong stock company raised HK$275.6 million through a rights issue, with five institutions participating in the subscription.

According to Gate News bot, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange announced on June 30 that it will issue a total of 166 million new shares to 5 investors, accounting for 22.08% of the company's enlarged share capital. The subscription price per share is HKD 1.66, a discount of 29.66% compared to the closing price of HKD 2.36 on June 27, and it is expected to raise a total of HKD 275.6 million.

After this rights issue, the shareholding ratio of the major shareholder Avenir Investment will increase from 29.08% to 29.84%. LINEX Holdings Ltd. becomes the largest subscription party with 124 million HKD, and its shareholding ratio will reach 10%. In addition, TX Capital Holdings Ltd., Night Wood, and Rosen Holdings Ltd. will hold 1%, 3.43%, and 0.48% of the shares, respectively. It is worth noting that Night Wood is wholly owned indirectly by an executive director of the company.
