The United States has delayed the imposition of tariffs on EU goods until 2025.

According to the Gate News bot, U.S. President Donald Trump announced that the implementation of the 50% tariff on EU goods originally scheduled for June 1 has been postponed to July 9, 2025. Prior to this, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen communicated via telephone to request the delay and confirmed that negotiations between both parties are about to begin.
