North Korean hackers exploit vulnerabilities in Mac devices to attack encryption projects
PANews, July 3, reported that North Korean hackers are using a new type of malware called "NimDoor," developed with the Nim programming language, to attack Crypto Assets companies, specifically targeting Mac devices. The attackers disguise themselves as trusted users and spread the malware through a fake Zoom update file, stealing Crypto Wallets and browser data. Research indicates that this malware is difficult to detect and can bypass Apple's memory protection, making macOS devices a prime target for advanced attacks.
