According to Techub News, as reported by Protos, Solana CEO Anatoly Yakovenko has recently refused the delivery of legal documents regarding the pump.fun lawsuit from Burwick Law nine times. Recently, Burwick Law and Wolf Popper law firms filed a lawsuit against Solana Labs, Jito Labs, and several of their executives, accusing them of participating in fraudulent casino project operations. The law firms stated that after three unsuccessful attempts to deliver to Yakovenko's residence in San Francisco, they were unable to succeed. Additionally, several executives, including Solana co-founder Raj Gokal and Solana Foundation president Lily Liu, also failed to receive the legal documents.
