Founder of Tron Justin Sun Warns Ethereum (ETH)! "Must Be Resolved Urgently!"

Tron (TRX) founder Justin Sun drew attention to the excessive leverage problem in the Ethereum ecosystem in a post from his X account.

Sun stated that instead of expecting a collapse that could harm Ethereum's protocols and decentralized finance DeFi projects, excessive leverage should be controlled.

Emphasized the need for early intervention and coordinated solution.

As many investors increasingly use leverage up to 50 times ( and sometimes up to 100 times) when trading ETH on major platforms, this high leverage usage also leads to excessive liquidation risks when price volatility increases.

In the short term, Ethereum also needs to address the widespread leverage issue.

Instead of expecting it to collapse, causing losses in protocols and DeFi projects, it would be better to intervene early and resolve part of the leverage. A negotiated solution is recommended.
