The U.S.*** continues to make confident and decisive moves regarding its strategic Bitcoin reserves.

While many countries have taken the US as an example and researched BTC reserves, The UK has closed the doors to Bitcoin reserves.

Accordingly, the UK Treasury Department has stated that there are "no plans" to create a US-style Bitcoin reserve.

A Treasury Department spokesperson said, "Bitcoin and other crypto assets have historically been volatile assets compared to stable fiat currencies such as the U.S. dollar and commodities such as gold. This volatility makes BTC less suitable as a reserve asset for the UK.***," he said.

Among the countries that hold the most Bitcoin, the UK ranks third with 61,000 BTC. Outside the UK, China ranks first with 194,000 BTC, and the US ranks second with 112,189 BTC. These countries are followed by El Salvador with more than 6 thousand Bitcoins.
