While this indicates renewed interest among investors, the platform warned that the price could retract somewhat. There has been a significant increase in the number of active addresses in the last 24 hours, highlighting the market's over-optimism.

According to Santiment, after such sudden rises, excessive enthusiasm in investor sentiment can often result in a correction. Litecoin's strong performance against Bitcoin in recent weeks has made it one of the prominent altcoins.

According to the data provided by Santiment, the number of active Litecoin addresses has exceeded 445,000 for the first time since February 1st. At the same time, positive comments about Litecoin on social media have doubled the number of negative comments, reaching this level for the first time since February 10th. This indicates that market sentiment has become extremely positive and investor enthusiasm could bring about a correction.

Litecoin, although overshadowed by Bitcoin, manages to prove itself from time to time.
