Ki Young Ju referenced meme coins from X account.

CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju said that meme coins are 'archetypes of the collective unconscious' reflecting common symbols and memories deeply rooted in human culture.

Ki Young Ju, in two X posts on February 23, stated that animal and celebrity-themed meme coins are the collective unconscious of the market, while altcoins are reflections of the collective consciousness.

Ju, animal-themed meme coins represent animism respecting animals, while famous themed coins represent high religions that exalt people.

Ju emphasized that the key to success in the crypto sector is to create something that people will believe in and indicated that he offers opportunities to entrepreneurs in this field. Ju's comments came after the Libra token scandal.

The scandal led to the risk of impeachment of Argentine President Javier Milei and the resignation of Meteora co-founder Ben Chow**, while causing losses of approximately $107 million for investors.

While the collapse of Libra has put **"fair launch" tokens and meme coins under the spotlight, many have described this event as the beginning of the end for meme coins and called for sensible regulation of the industry.
