Acquire CoinDesk's encryptionexchange Bullish considering an IPO listing

According to sources cited by Bloomberg, encryption asset exchange Bullish Global is considering conducting its initial public issuance IPO this year, the company acquired the well-known crypto world media CoinDesk from Digital Currency Group in 2023 in an all-cash deal, with investors including billionaire Peter Thiel.

Bullish's parent company is Block.one, the developer of EOS

Block.one, the development company behind the EOS blockchain, announced in May 2021 that it has raised $1 billion in funding from other investors to establish a new subsidiary called Bullish Global. Investors include Thiel Capital, Founders Fund, Galaxy Digital, Nomura, and other individual investors. They also launched a decentralized exchange called Bullish based on blockchain. The CEO of the company is Tom Farley, former Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange.

Bullish is a regulated crypto world exchange where users can buy, sell, and trade digital assets such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. It currently uses a private version of the EOS blockchain and records transactions on the EOS chain.
