$210 million worth of tokens will be unlocked this week

One of the most important issues that cryptocurrency followers pay attention to before investing in a project is the token-economy. The ratio of the total supply of the token to the circulating supply is as important as the number of units to be put into circulation and the timing of it.

This week will be a critical period in token unlocks. A significant number of tokens will be put into circulation in important projects.

Injective (INJ), one of the most talked-about projects of recent times, will put 3.67 million tokens worth $140 million into circulation on January 20. In Axie Infinity, the most played blockchain-based game of the period, 3.4 million AXS tokens worth $28 million will be unlocked.

It is also an important expansion in Bored Ape Yach Club's APECoin, which was released in 2022, one of the most talked-about NFT projects of the 2021 bull season. 15.6 million tokens, worth $23 million, will be circulating in the Yuga Labs ecosystem.

On Sunday, the last day of the week, 53 million tokens worth $16 million of the SPACE ID project will be unlocked.

Apart from these 3 projects, there are also cryptocurrencies that will experience relatively small token expansion.

For example, there will be expansions of $2.18 million in FLOW, $750,000 in NYM, $435,000 in ALGO, $470,000 in EUL, and $173,000 in 1inch.
