SEC Begins Investigation Into Spot Bitcoin ETFs Sharing - Coin Bulletin

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will work with law enforcement to investigate the tweet about spot Bitcoin ETFs.

According to the statement made by the SEC, the post from the institution's X account regarding the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs was caused by the unauthorized seizure of the account.

*"The SEC will work with law enforcement and other government agencies that are our partners to investigate the matter and determine the steps to be taken regarding both the unauthorized access and the irregularities associated with it." * was announced.

Yesterday's announcement from the SEC's account that spot Bitcoin ETFs can be traded has sparked confusion across the crypto industry. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler soon made a statement on his personal account, announcing that the post was not true.

Many analysts across the industry expect the SEC to approve spot Bitcoin ETFs today.
