SEC Agreed To Review Valkyrie's Spot Bitcoin ETF Application!
According to recent information, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has officially accepted to review Valkyrie's spot Bitcoin ETF application, as well as other asset companies.
It should not be forgotten that this development consists only of accepting a file. The SEC also recently agreed to review spot Bitcoin ETF filings from BlackRock, VanEck, Invesco, Fidelity, Galaxy Digital, and Wisdom Tree.
After BlacRock's spot Bitcoin ETF application on June 15, many companies applied to the SEC. The SEC later rejected these applications, saying they were insufficient.
