Let me start with the good news. Over the past 2 years, the biggest Bitcoin bottoms happened in the month of September. This happened in September 2023, and again in September 2024, with the first rate cut since the 2022 hiking cycle acting as the booster. This year looks similar, not only are we entering September soon, but a rate cut also seems imminent.
BUT! September is not always a smooth ride. While it often marks a major bottom, the real move does not usually kick in until a couple months later. In fact, if you look at the seasonality chart, September is still one of the worst-performing months historically.
