According to Deep Tide TechFlow news on August 23, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk stated: "Building a fully reusable orbital rocket is one of the most challenging engineering problems humanity has faced, even more difficult than landing on the moon, which is also why it has yet to be solved. I am cautiously optimistic about achieving full reusability of Starship next year. Another key technology is orbital refueling, which is relatively much simpler and, if luck permits, might also be achieved next year. At that time, human consciousness and life could extend to other planets and even to XLM."
