Dutch encryption service provider Amdax is preparing to list a BTC treasury company with the goal of holding 1% of the global Bitcoin.

On August 18, according to monitoring, the Dutch crypto service provider Amdax has initiated the establishment of AMBTS B.V. (referred to as "AMBTS"), planning to list as a Bitcoin treasury company on the pan-European securities trading platform Amsterdam market. The long-term goal of AMBTS is to gradually become a treasury company holding 1% of the world's Bitcoin.
