It is reported that the fund is registered in Delaware and aims to monetize and distribute various legacy assets and business liquidation proceeds. Previously, Fundamental Global announced the completion of the $200 million private sale financing and will be renamed FG Nexus, planning to use Ethereum (ETH) as the main reserve asset and carry out staking operations.
