AI systems should operate on the basis of objective facts and logical reasoning, rather than being programmed to cater to a particular position or point of view. Musk has expressed similar sentiments, pointing out that forcing AI to accept untrue information could lead to dangerous consequences. In the process of building the future of AI, perhaps we need to re-examine what is a truly responsible path to technology, and how to find a balance between ethics and authenticity.
