The data is based on the commit ( change records in the open-source GitHub repositories of the projects.

However, when examined on an ecosystem basis instead of altcoins, the Ethereum ecosystem ranked at the top with a developer activity score of 23570 commits. It was followed by Skale with 14728 and Cosmos with 3795.
