The XRP community is on high alert as there are increasing rumors about the possibility that the Securities and Exchange Commission will approve a spot XRP exchange-traded fund. Market followers believe that such a move could trigger a significant bullish rally, pushing XRP to $10 and positioning it as one of the top cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. A similar development occurred earlier with the launch of spot Bitcoin ETFs. These products received inflows worth $6.4 billion in two months, increasing Bitcoin's price by 55 percent. Analysts believe that if an ETF is approved, XRP will follow suit. The initial price target is between $2.51 and $3.90 after a few weeks of listing. Financial institutions estimate that an XRP ETF could attract $8 billion in investment. Based on the market capitalization multiplier theory, cryptocurrency expert Zach Rector has estimated that the value of XRP could reach a high of $15 if there is reasonable demand. An even less ambitious scenario would see XRP reaching $10, which would bring Ripple's market capitalization to around $589 billion, larger than Ethereum. Technical indicators suggest a breakthrough potential as sentiment builds. Recent technical analysis supports this outlook, as XRP has formed a bullish flag on the weekly chart, often signaling another major breakout. From October 2024 to mid-January, XRP increased by 518 percent. A similar bullish rally could push the price up to $17 if the pattern unfolds completely. Additionally, the fact that the Relative Strength Index is at 57 means that bullish momentum is not threatened. However, the downward slope appearing in the Average Directional Index indicates that the current direction is not strong, which means there may be temporary resistance to the breakout.

Momentum has increased since the SEC closed the lawsuit with Ripple. Bloomberg analysts cite an 85% chance of spot ETF approval, while Polymarket data shows 80%. These increasing probabilities have generated confidence and excitement among investors in the market.

If given the green light, XRP will be the first altcoin in the United States to be traded as a spot ETF on Wall Street. This first-mover advantage could attract institutional capital and significantly boost demand. Conclusion With the increasing interest from institutions and optimistic technical signals, the approval of a spot XRP ETF could push this token to $10. The market is preparing for a significant change as XRP positions itself for a potential breakout.
