Google is reportedly planning to acquire information security company Wiz for over $30 billion.

Jinshi data, March 18 news, Reuters quoted informed sources as saying that the technology giant Google's parent company Alphabet (GOOG.O) is further negotiating the acquisition of the Israeli information security company Wiz, with a bid of over $30 billion. This may be Alphabet's largest-scale acquisition case so far, with a bid of about 30% more than the $23 billion proposed last year. Wiz canceled the deal in July last year, citing concerns about the inability to clear antitrust barriers.
