These warnings must be presented in written or electronic form to prevent users from engaging in potential fraudulent transactions unknowingly. The regulation will take effect on March 13, 2025, and will apply to all Cryptocurrency ATMs operating in Nebraska. Operators must ensure that users read and confirm these warnings before the transaction.
