Golden Finance reported that, according to market sources, encryptionMining chip design company Nano Labs announced the signing of an equity subscription protocol with 'certain investors' to privately sell 5,611,459 shares of Class A common stock at a purchase price of $6.46 per share of Class A common stock, which is the average Closing Price of the 60 trading days before signing the subscription protocol. The total amount of the private sale is approximately $36.25 million, to be paid in USD, Bitcoin, and USDT. Currently, information about the relevant investors has not been disclosed.
