The plan suggests repositioning the AllCoreDevs meeting to focus on future upgrade planning and transferring the specific implementation matters of the current fork to the existing testing calls (ACDT) mechanism for handling.
Currently, the agenda of the AllCoreDevs meeting involves a wide range of topics, and developers need to frequently shift their focus from long-term development planning to short-term technical debugging within the same meeting, which reduces the efficiency of the discussions. By separating responsibilities, the AllCoreDevs meeting will focus on strategic issues, while the testing conference call will address specific tactical problems.
