Ripple case suddenly files an urgent application, claiming to have "decisive evidence".
Golden Finance reports that encryption journalist Eleanor Terrett stated: A strange document has just appeared in the SEC's lawsuit against Ripple—a request for an emergency "to provide decisive evidence favorable to the defendant and beneficial to the American people."
