The Spanish coffee chain Vanadi Coffee SA will request authorization to implement a Bitcoin reserve strategy at its board meeting on June 29, planning to invest over 1.1 billion dollars to purchase Bitcoin and obtain financing authority. The company has currently completed its first purchase, acquiring 5 BTC for 500,000 dollars.
