Samsung's first XR headset device may be named 'Samsung Switch'

Jinsan data on December 26th, according to the latest publicly available trademark documents, Samsung's first XR head-mounted device with the codename 'Moohan' may be named 'Samsung Switch' or 'Galaxy Switch' after its launch. Samsung has registered the 'Samsung Switch' trademark with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO), and it is estimated that similar trademark registrations have been carried out in the United States and South Korea. Samsung may preview this XR device at the 2025 Galaxy Unpacked event, and the naming of 'Samsung Switch' also implies that the device may switch between different realities, providing a more diverse range of application scenarios.
