According to the Gate News bot, Investing reported that the NASDAQ-listed company SRM made adjustments to its board of directors after receiving a $100 million equity investment and launching a TRX reserve strategy. Three former board members announced their resignation, and Weike Sun was appointed as the chairman of the board, while Zhihong Liu and Zi Yang were appointed as board members.
