According to BlockBeats news on June 15, data from Coinmarketcap shows that the Altcoin Season Index has dropped from a recent high of 30 to 27, with a weekly average of 39. The altcoin index has been on a downward trend since reaching an annual high of 87 on December 4, 2024. In the past 90 days, 27 of the top 100 Crypto Assets by market capitalization have outperformed Bitcoin, with the top-performing alts over the last 90 days being FARTCOIN, SPX, HYPE, VIRTUAL, and PENDLE.
