World officially enters the U.S. market and launches multiple new services.
According to the Gate.io News bot and TheBlock report, World (formerly known as Worldcoin) announced the launch of its operations in six major cities in the United States, including Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Miami. Users can receive WLD Token rewards after completing human verification and generating a World ID.
World simultaneously launched multiple new services: introduced a Visa card linked to the World App that supports cryptocurrency asset consumption; collaborated with Match Group to initiate a pilot project for identity verification of the dating app Tinder in Japan; additionally, completed system integration with the prediction market Kalshi.
